The GPs do not see patients it's all on the phone I was at the Dentist last time ,they do not know you ,if you get through you tell the receptionist what's wrong they decide who you speak to ,if someone wants to actually see a Doctor they go to A&E it's a waste of time & money every surgery has an office Manager ,Receptionists ,Nurses, a Pharmacist prescribing Nurses often a Physio everyone but a DR the GPs don't do house calls ,they rarely physically see patients

I agree with you totally, it took 2 years for me to get diagnosed with COPD, and I never seen my doctor once, it was a nurse, yet my doctor says that I only have it mildly, but my breathing is very bad and the nurse said that it was, but obviously that information wasn't passed on to my doctor, he has never examined me but he seems to know how severe my symptoms are, it's ridiculous.

I kid you not when I saw a man with a white stick making his way across a hospital car park. He got to a car, threw the stick into the back, got in the drivers seat snd drove off. This is what is happening and people who are genuine claimants get their benefits stopped. How do you deal with this level of corruption?
