In the 70's Dingwalls was my favorite venue dancing to Gonzalez, Kokomo and our Lord Upminster and is mumblyrumbly band Kilburn and the Highroads. Thanks for sharing your story mate, glad I subscribed.

I remember Boss very well and didn't know that he was gone until I watched this. He was a good bloke and occupied an important space in the London music scene and did a good job doing it, much as yourself. Thanks for posting...Johnny Guitar (Count Bishops, Dr. Feelgood).

Thanks, Johnny. I hope you're keeping well. Boss was always better at it than me, though he was more prone to self-destruct than I am!

I WENT TO SCHOOL WITH DAVE GOODMAN. THE ROYAL MERCHANT NAVY SCHOOL IN BERKSHIRE IN THE SIXTIES. SOMEHOW IN A GEOGRAPHY EXAM HE MANAGED TO WRITE THAT THE IMPORTANCE OF LIVERPOOL WAS ONLY DUE TO THE BEATLES, NEVER MIND ABOUT THE ATLANTIC TRADE ROUTES

Sounds like Dave had his priorities straight with the Beatles over trade routes!
