I have mine mounted under my tv and it didn’t change the sound. Search for tv soundbar mount, i had to pic up screws from Home Depot .

I just bought solo 5 . Will it allow 2 3 remotes to be used on it. I have his and hers remote that we use on one tv. So can I have the universal remote and my dish 2remotes to control tv along with sound ? If I could get the U remote and one dish remote to operate the tv there would be harmony in the household . I just bought this soundbar this evening and was searching around for reviews. Your video was concise and incredibly helpful. Also made me excited for my new purchase. I bought it last year and I love the sound for the price is really good, you look immediately the quality between the speakers of the soundboard, for every one that one to buy it, let tell you that is a good deal and not expensive soundbar

Got one when it came out, the sound is super great for the size. I did not wanted a big sound bar. Out of warranty, it stop functioning, no sound, no green dot, nothing at all. Called Bose Customer services, they took care of my problem. Sent me UPS label, return them every thing. They fix it and sent me back my kit at no cost. Very good customer service. Even if i have a problem,still is a very good product….

I’m so happy I found this video, there’s so many soundbar brands and I was overwhelmed about which one to purchase. I thought I needed to buy a Samsung soundbar because my tv is Samsung but when I went on Best Buy’s site I saw some terrible reviews about the Samsung sound-bars. But I saw the bose soundbar and remembered I have a badass Bose system in a Cadillac I had yrs ago 😒 and it was amazing. So I came across your video and it gave me all the confirmation I needed. I have an Apple TV and I wanted to know whether it will sync with the Sony 4K TV? Will it work properly with the Apple TV remote like volume control and Power?

When paired to your LG TV, when you power up the Tv, does it automatically power up the sound bar? I have a soundbar but have to turn on separately and pair every time I use it. Trying to simplify and not use 2 remotes

I have an old Sharp flat screen. I have an digital coaxial cable hooked up but I get no sound. I have the fiber optical cable coming from my DVD player and the sound is great, but only comes when playing a DVD. Please help. Do they make an analog audio L/R out into fiber optical line? Any advice

Great video! What would you suggest if the code for Sony T V (00000) does not program the remote?

How do you program the back button for when you're watching Netflix, etc.? There is only an exit button and it takes you completely out of the app instead of backing you out to the previous screen.

Hi tech Steve how are you. Well I got this unit about two years ago now I have it connected to our LG smart 3D TV. One of the first 3D tv’s but it works extremely well with this TV the sound on this Bose is beyond great for it’s size. Not disappointed at all and just recently purchased the Bose smart soundbar 300 wow another great product. Thank you again for your videos they are great very informative on making the right decision and you make the videos fun as well. Peace ✌️

Tech Steve I am using the HK now and I am very happy with it, great sound and great bass as well! The only thing that I am missing is the clear sound, that’s why I am curious if I can connect both or not? By the way, your channels are amazing and it’s very helpful! @@nyazz22 Absolutely. Make sure you test it and ensure it works. The unit also comes with a remote so don't forget to grab that as well if you decide to buy it. hope this helps.

bose solo5 has an extra port at the back under the sticker, any idea what its for? its right next to the usb socket.

I have one. For my bedroom its MORE than adequate. Very happy with the sound quality and bass levels. It's good with gaming too. Do i wish i had a sound bar with a big ol rumbling subwoofer? Sure i do. But that's not alway practical. Thanks for the review.

Do you have it mounted? I'm curious about sound penetration if it's wall mounted. I'm curious if it will vibrate or rumble on the other side of the wall and potentially disturb a neighbor or roommate. It looks like a great piece, and I'm looking forward to getting one! Is the sound bar better quality sound than the Samsung UN55RU7100F UHD 4K TV or should I stick with the TV sound and also do I need to use a cable if my TV has bluetooth connectivity

I would just use the fiber optic cable

They don’t call them no highs no lows Bose for nothing. But they are a far cry better than the TV internal speakers . Worth the 199. And I like the compact design. A real space saver.

Hey Steve! Great video! I followed instructions in the manual and it didn’t work. I then tried your instructions and the remote still will not turn my Samsung tv on. The sound bar however turns on here and there after several times of pressing the middle power button. Do you suggest I try anything? Thanks in advance!

I have read comments in other reviews of this sound bar that other people are having the same issue. I dont suppose there is a film covering the front of the remote or on the soundbar. Try a new battery. These soundbars have been out for awhile, maybe the it is an old battery.

i am using sony bravia.. u said need to find LG CODE but mine since its been so long so i dont have my manual anymore.. so how will i connect it to my sony tv thanks bro🙏
