You likely found your answer some time ago, but I will leave this here for others. The difference comes down to the markets where the respective machines are sold. GEX18V-125 (125mm disc) for countries on the metric system, and GEX18V-5N (5 inch disc) for countries on the imperial system. Practically speaking the latter only applies to the USA. The "N" refers to a naked or bare tool and only applies to SKU numbers, not the machine itself. If you spot a "B" in place of the "N" it refers to a kit containing at least one battery and charger. A "C" represents that the tool is 'connected' via built-in Bluetooth or capable of accepting a GCY Bluetooth module.
