Well part of the joke is that when he saw him then he’d already been messed up by tsukuyomi so he may have been unconscious, and even if he wasn’t Jiraiya was a total badass then where as here he’s a perverted weirdo.

He then saw Naruto and Sasuke nearly clash on the rooftop because kakashi tries to scold him for teaching Naruto the rasengan

They did this arc so well expect for the power scaling 😊

Yeah I guess power scaling doesn't really matter for something that is technically filler.

@@azrael_morningstar No don't get 'em wrong, scaling absolutely matters if it's filler. Especially in this case where they are fighting an Otsutsuki. Otherwise how can it be canon? If they fixed some of the fight scenes up then it would basically be fixed, because there is some very strange choreography in this arc.

even though this anime arc is not canonical of the manga, it brings a huge maturity and development to Boruto

I nearly cried at the last scene when I first watched this ep

Incredible chapters, seeing Boruto knowing what his father experienced in the past is unique and seeing Jiraiya again is amazing

the ost used for naruto and borutos conversation is actually the same as when naruto “sacrificed” himself against momoshiki and i think during naruto and kurumas last interaction.

The soundtrack and throwbacks are so cute! A lot of people complained about Sasuke losing his Chakra in this arc. My head Canon is that he used susanoo in that interdemensional space because only an Otsutsuki body could survive it, and the pressure was so high that it drained him.

But I did see ppl slow mo in the part where Sasuke fights with urashiki there's a part that urashiki hook Sasuke chakra

Some moments and arcs are good but the rest of the anime canon is mid.
