Done the watching. I think they are some good management skills. 1. Less is more. The one thing. Important to focus one thing at a time! 2. The planning. I love it! But I don't use a calendar. I have my own way. But planning is always important for everyone. 3. Eliminate is a new skill for me, similar to less is more. In my opinion, to do the most important thing first! And the delegate methods using AI is also a good idea. Some works can be done by machine automatically for saving our time! 4. The deep rest is important. As for me, the physical rest like resting our eyes and our neck is important and help improve the efficiency. Sports are excellent. 5. The daily reflect and review of our big goal is important. I often forget this. And the daily stoic is very good. It is not to advise people to live like a ascetic monk but work and life within our frame! Looking forward to your next video, Charlotte~😄😎

@@CharlotteFraza I add a new comment.
Thank you for sharing these tips. I have a problem that I can't concentrate even if I manage my time, and I can hardly start any task even if I have the time to do it. Do you know how can I fix this problem?

Think of focus as of a skill. The way to become good at any skill is to practice, so the way to be better at focusing is to practice. 😊 One of the youtubers who is popular for videos about mental, emotional, and physical performance is neuroscientist Andrew Huberman. He has several videos about focus. Charlotte talked in the past about Dr. Huberman and about how she liked his videos. The videos are long, but they are well researched and have practical advice. You might find them useful. 🙂
Hello dear, best of luck for journey...i m developing my skills in AI&Machine learning...what would be the best skills and carrier for upcoming years ??? Please answer...love from Indian
The Daily Stoic is becoming the modern Bible for people who have grown out of religion.
Thanks
