From what I've read Tesofensine is a serotonin-norepinephrine-dopamine reuptake inhibitor (SNDRI). Tesofensine works by increasing the levels of serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine in the brain. These neurotransmitters are involved in regulating appetite, mood, and energy levels.

Peptide doctor = a luxury item. Peptides themselves and the health they can bring however, are not mere luxuries. To advocate responsibility is one thing. But to advocate that peptides be used only under lock and key of a doctor is snobbery. Must be nice having money to throw away. A peptide doctor is a middleman for people who can afford to throw money away. People, do your own studying. Spend a little time there first. Skip the middleman.

Limitless was such a good movie. But I don’t like the idea of taking a drug to solve my problems.

If you take these peptides, do you have to take for the rest of your life? If you loose weight from taking these, then stop, will you loose all the benifits and results if you continue your healthy lifestyle?

They are not permanent solutions. If you use a GH agonist peptide to drop body fat and maintain the proper low inflammation, insulin controlled lifestyle post use, the fat won't come back and you won't have to use the peptides again. But the real question is...why would you not-knowing how profound they are?

“Tesofensine is not an SSRI” - it is not JUST an serotonin reuptake inhibitor. It is a triple reuptake inhibitor, inhibiting reuptake of Serotonin as well as both Norephinephrine and Dopamine.

never take a review about how good a peptide is from a guy who is trying to sell you a peptide

This episode was disappointing. Too much time spent on “rabbit holes” and too little actual information about the nootropic peptides. It feels like he was actively avoiding the questions directing him back to the nootropic discussion.

I have always enjoyed listening to you guys. My husband is very fit, but I battle obesity. Your generalization of obese people in this podcast is not helpful. I DO care how I treat my body. I DO NOT just want to be skinny. I want health and a better quality of life. The way obesity was spoken about on this particular podcast could cause obese people to turn you off instead of learning from your vast knowledge. You can do even more good if you don't stereotype obesity.

Jay has very loose skin on his face and body. Look at his sag on his jaw and the wobble in his arms when he is animated. The cheek bone fillers are obvious and create a weird facial appearance. I’m wondering if his drug use is the reason for such saggy skin? Jay, care to share your thoughts on this so others can avoid your misuse of drugs?

It is a little uncomortable to watch a group of old people talking about nootropics. No offense I am old too. Usually young millenials are talking about such stuff and some older person as a smart guy

This whole fasting fad is confusing to me. I have always been someone who doesn’t eat a lot at once. Not sure if it’s for me. Love your opposing views on this subject. At this moment, as I’m on my building muscle and a healthy fit body, I’m not worrying about fasting.
