Molly Norman i laughed too hard at this comment
The best part is the end when Mary and Carolee look at eachother like “This girl is a friggen star.”
I DIDN'T KNOW I NEEDED THIS
Yes Bonnie!!
Wonderful! I can't imagine what Stuart Grandquist was seeing and hearing, to dislike this. Wish I could have been there for this.

More like Unbe-LEE-vable.
Lots of talent here, clear-lee.... But so much treble is exhausting, jmo
... That was the most revolting display I have ever witnessed.

Need I remind you, sir, that this and all other performances at 54 Below have a one hour time limit? Were they to defy this strict rule and perform the whole show unabridged, they would never have made it as far as "He Plays the Violin".
As good as this is...it doesn;t look right that a woman says "My name is Richard Henry Lee"
Wow. That was quite terrible!
Can someone please remind me again why they want to gender bend 1776 for Broadway?

@@colleen4ever If audiences in Shakespeare's day could suspend disbelief about a man playing Juliet, we can suspend disbelief when a woman plays a Founding Father. After all, she doesn't even need a powdered wig!
