Thank you first to BOBBY HEBB for writing such a soul inspired song. His brother had died the day after the assassination of JFK in 1963. So on a dark day with the sun almost all the way down, he wrote this incorruptible, perfect tune. He was in a very sad place, as was our nation. He wrote Sunny, as a song about a trying to keep a sunny disposition when dark times come upon your life. He said the song wrote itself. It could not have come at a more perfect time. Our nation needed it. If you haven’t listened to the original by Bobby HEBB, listen to it. SO much emotion. Second, thank you to Boney M. and Frank Farian and Liz Mitchell for a near perfect disco interpretation of this song. God Bless.

I grew up in this time frame. Music was as our culture. It was fun and entertaining. It b ry ought joy. It made you move inside and caused you to dance. Now music is filled with hate its not even worth lessoning too. From 65 to 85 will go down in history as the greatest music time in all history. R&B, Rock, country, classic, any kind of music was a success

So fantastic. I love when Liz's costume starts coming apart and she just smiles includes it into she show! RIP Frank Farian, 18 July 1941 - 23 January 2024. It's great that someone at ZDF in Mainz, Germany took good care of the original video tapes and that these moments were preserved. A lot of TV shows in the 1960s, 70 and 80 were lost. No one saw any value in television in those days. It was just entertainment, fleeting, momentary disctractions and the tapes were often wiped and reused. Everything about this is incredible. When Liz looks into the camera it gets almost personal.

Liz is absolutely gorgeous here! And her voice is beyond any explanation.

I remembered my college days I had LP record vinyl. My friends used to come to my house and we together listen these memorable songs in 70's.

Pure joy to watch and listen to Boney M, having such a great time, liz Mitchel is enjoying dancing so much that towards the end of Sunny she actually steps out of I believe is one of her shoes. Great times, I bet they loved it, as much as we loved them, I hope so. Boney M, Wow just fantastic.

One of the best covers ever made and is remembered by his own stile. A huge disco hit. We were mad about it. And is still has the charm.
