This song sounds like the anthem of a generation.
Marcia Barrett once again distinguished herself as a great singer. She was indeed a mainstay of Boney M.
Children of paradise - start, Exodus - finish... - many "people" live on our planet, - but not all Boney M. - the best
I'm from Azerbaijan. Boney M is my favorite band.

Sure is. Faked it for a long time. Frank Farian is the one really singing in a deep voice. He labeled himself as their producer. The male dancer is Bobby Farrell and is lip singing. Bobby was used only for his crazy dance moves. Only two of the girls is really singing (Marcia Barrett and Liz Mitchell) while the other is lip singing. Frank is the same producer that did Milli Vanilli also and they never really sang either. Frank used the same vocal practices with both groups. Farian got away with it, in the 1970s but not with Milli Vanilli in the 1980's.
Boney M is the best music 🎶 group of the world.
I have too say I think Boney M is probably my favourite band of all time. You guys are awesome.

@@mylifeinanutshell6931 At least Bobby sing live in many concert and recorded his own voice on "Boonoonoonoos". Shamed that this song never performing live in concert. But still easily imagine if they performed this one live. Easily imagine Bobby real voice too 🙂 (I also love his live voice)

@@mylifeinanutshell6931 And Bobby was the live singer in concerts. "later" rumours about not singing were from the start....no one singing,only Liz singing,only the guy singing and different stories. During tours they sang live but on tv live singing was rare and that gave them their fake image.

Das Lied wurde später nochmals überarbeitet und neu abgemischt! Ein absoluter Disco Kracher! FAR at his Best! Die NDW war da schon langsam der neue Trend! Daher war auch dieser Titel, nicht so erfolgreich, wie all die Jahre zuvor! Zu Unrecht, wie ich finde! Der Titel läuft auch selten im Radio!
