Bone Broth: Benefits and Uses

The health benefits of bone broth and it's uses. [Subtitles]
During evolution, bone broth was one of the key drivers of the strengthening and dexterity of human hands. Our ancestors would consume boiled animal bones, meat and offal which triggered evolutionary changes that strengthened our joints and bodies. Humans have consumed bone broth through the ages, especially older generations which would often make soups as to not waste any food.
Nowadays many people are deficient in collagen because we do not consume this in our diets, which causes weakness in musculoskeletal system. Loading up on bone broth daily helps to strengthen the body, especially to fight arthritis, joint pain and weaknesses in the limbs.

If you want a much richer flavor in your bone broth, roast the bones in the oven for approximately 45 minutes. Then continue with the slow cooking method.

Hello! For chicken bone broth, in a crock pot, how long did you allow it to cook? Via stove top it evaporates and I’m really trying to make this correctly

  • @MsBeachLizard

@@pinklollipop911 After roasting the bones, I put them in the crock pot with the fats (if any), and lots of veggies (carrots, onions, garlic, celery). Fill with water and about 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar (helps pull the minerals out of the bones). I put various spices in and a couple bay leaves. Put the lid on and let cook on low for a minimum of 24 hours. Check if the bones will break up. If they do, then you can strain contents and put in mason jars. If the bones won't crush up, then go for another four to six hours--no more than 48 hours. Strain well. You might have some sediment in the bottom of the jars, but there's nothing wrong with that. Put the lids on the jars. It is preferable to vacuum seal the lids onto the jars. You can purchase a handheld vacuum sealer and lid attachments on Amazon. Place the jars in the refrigerator. Upon opening a jar, if the bone broth has gelled, you have done it right. I will put 3-4 tablespoons in a large coffee mug with boiling water and drink as a tea. I don't microwave it bc it destroys the nutrients. If you are pressure canning them for shelf stable bone stock, quart jars only need to be processed for 25 minutes (as long as there is no meat in the stock--if any meat is in the stock, it must be pressure canned for 90 min for a quart jar//75 min for a pint jar). If you're processing pint jars (no meat), 20 minutes pressure canning time is all that's necessary. Keep in mind that this may keep the broth from gelling. But it makes a heck of a rich stock for cooking. And it is shelf stable for years as long as the processing has been done correctly.

Don't take food that is cold. Auto immune problem is a root problem. It can trigger when v r feeling weak. Eat well & sleep well to protect yourself.

Start out drinking 3/6 oz of BB for 1 month then 1/8oz per day after that. I usually put mine in a crock pot on low and cook slow for 48 hrs. Just to share this.....I started last year when COVID made it's grand entrance. I suffer from a rare for of psoriasis. Called Palma Plantar Pustulosis. It's on the soles of my feet and the palms of my hands. Well after starting back up with the bone broth......my psoriasis healed up 100%. I was ecstatic.....it lasted for about 6 months and during the spring and summer. I was so happy that I could wear sandles. I also did the Sea Moss. Well feeling so great I stopped drinking it. Well it came back and guess who is going to the meat store 2morrow!!!

VEGANISM + the Original CREATION Diet...DECODED...here's the proof >>> ~CHLOROPHYLL is the Magic Bullet, make Green Juice with Organic Green Leaves like Organic Spinach, little Org. Collards or Kale, Org. Romaine, Org. Arugula, etc. + add @2 Tbs. fresh Lemon juice per 8 oz. fresh juice, start slow with 4 oz. as this is very potent, drink up to 1 hr. before meals >>> DIGEST anything, as you now have charged up Brain "GREEN BATTERY" with Chlorophyll Juice. to assimilate any + all plant-based foods, & cure anything, even CORONA. No need to muck yourself up with "dead flesh sticky mucous"...You perform now in the light with SUN energy + everything trickles on down to perfect alignment, instead of performing from the bottom up in the DARK from the Abdominal MOTOR...you just turn ON the LIGHTS...with Chlorophyll from the Top, with charged up BATTERY....SMOOTH SAILING Digestion ~My other Recipe > that proves the superiority of the Vegan approach when done right...& to cure the Lungs in CORONA Virus is with Organic Peppermint Essential Oil + Org. CAMPHOR Ess. oil in 2 parts Ess. Oils to approx. 6-8 parts Cold (filtered) water...kept in a glass jar with lid, keep in fridge. Gently massage rub w/ hand towel the chest + lungs, any other parts or organs. HEALS your LUNGS instantaneously + oxygenates you on the spot... This Fountain of Youth + Heal-ALL-Diseases approach is given in Revelation 22:2 "the Leaves of the TREE (of Life) will be for the healing of the nations"...Thus from the beginning of our Garden of Eden Creation, it's 100% LEGIT. From my latest research is that we have the GREEN BATTERY in the Brain, and our MOTOR is in the stomach/abdomen, that runs on Plant based Collagen & Proteins & Fats, Minerals, Sulfur, etc. As I stick to my VEGAN lifestyle, & progress from steps to steps on the ladder...I also happen to believe in the Word of God the Bible, that we were created Plant-eaters in Garden of Eden...see GENESIS 1:29-31, even the Animals were plant eaters, yet after the calamity of the Great Flood some 5.000+ yrs. ago, the minerals, salt & fats leached into the oceans, necessitating big cats & other "carnivores" that needed a high fat diet, now to tear flesh & obtain fats, salt + minerals via predatory means... Pls. See my The Green TREE group on facebook.. facebook.com/groups/270276646389136/?ref=bookmarks OR use Organic Green Powders > 1 heaping Tbs. per 8 oz. cold filtered water ...Organic Barley Grass, Org. Wheat Grass, Org. Alfalfa, etc. & 2 Tbs. fresh Lemon juice per 8 oz.... When making your fresh Green juice and/or Green Drinks from powders...DO NOT ADD Lemon after pouring yourself a 4 oz. ...& save the rest of this Green prep... without the Lemon juice...in the fridge in glass jar w/lid...adding the Lemon juice as you go along, when you pour out the 4 oz. green liquid out (it tastes better that way)... Eventually you will be able to tolerate 8 oz. at a time...as you continue on this CHLOROPHYLL-charged approach w/ balanced Vegan diet, NO GMO's, No Bleached wheat flour, adequate clean Organic oils & nicely sea-salted savory meals. ============P.S. Papayas nowdays in 2020 are quite often useless...as they are genetically modified or GMO's. Best to buy Organic Green Papayas from Whole Foods Market or Non-GMO Green Papayas from Trader Joe's.
