Been doing this for 2 weeks and(with a correct diet) I lost 1,1kg ,but the cool thing is that my cellulite,most on the legs, is almost gone!! There’s only a little left. I’m loving this
For everyone telling this workout is too short, you guys can repeat this workout 3X for 30 minute. I did repeat for 3 times trust me its good and worth the way!! Thanks Pop Sugar !

I use this workout as an add-on. Today, I did the 30-minute power yoga routine, because I was feeling stiff after karate last night, but then I felt like I could keep going, so I did this workout afterwards. Sometimes, I do it the other way around, and do 30 minutes of dance followed by 10 or 15 minutes of strength training, rather than doing one longer workout. It's good to have variety. :)

I've danced ballet for 7 years and now I really want to expand my dance know-how to other genres - not just ballet - but it is really difficult (thanks to my strong ballet base) but these workouts kind of give me keys to other genres and styles and challenge me! It's fun!

I loved this workout. I usually dont do short ones, but I added this to a short yoga and it was so fun. I'm envious of how fluid the instructors movement is :) Thank you for sharing this unique workout. It brought me such unearthly bliss!

He made Bhangra looks so easy, it’s a difficult dance forms which needs high level of athleticism and takes years to master even the simple moves. The reason I could do this without any difficulty shows what an awesome instructor he is

I don't know if I've ever had this much fun during a workout, and that says a lot because I do popsugar videos almost every day and I've been following you guys for years. I LOVE cardio boxing and toning workouts.. but i loved this cardio workout! It made me sweat and it was easy to follow! LOVED IT!

Great work out and dance. Not too hard to follow but still challenging being that I rarely watch this style of dance. I will watch again because this will help me a lot with basketball and rugby. I tried to double there speed on the ones I could so you know I am sweating!
