Hitting weights won’t do him any good. You cant force a man to put on weight his body and genetics are meant for. His dad was skinny and he will put on a few pounds but it won’t be significant. Ive been to 3 Warriors games when Manute played and he was a stick figure. It’s genetics.

Then his carrer goes bye bye after 5-6. Just like yao, people blame injuries due to international games but a lot international player like pau and many more played also. It was adding more meat on his body which cause getting heavier and bones could no longer support it. Watch hakeem body during his prime he wasnt bulk just bit of muscle.

He could gain 20 pounds and still be extremely mobile. Considering how much skinnier his legs look compared to those of Porzingis, it wouldn't hurt him to add some bulk to that part of his body. Bol is going to need that added weight if he wants to minimize the odds of developing leg-related injuries.

@x mosessoft touch = being able to softly put the ball in the hoop. It usually means you are used to making contested shots around the rim and you aren't intimidated by the defense trying to block you. basically the defense doesnt intimidate you at all

IF he can stay healthy. His legs are skinnier than those of Porzingis, and we can see the latter experiencing injuries already in the early part of his NBA career. If Porzingis is going through such trouble, I can't imagine Bol's NBA experience being any better. I fear that his NBA career may be worse than that of Porzingis in terms of injuries.

Wes best He’s a far greater defender than either. But he has Yao’s length and potentially Dirk’s scoring ability. Idk if he’ll ever be the scorer that Dirk was but he has that type of potential. He moves like Dirk especially on transitions.
