This was the best Boiled corn I have ever had

Listen this guy can do no wrong...I have my fave go-to-chefs on EAF and he is one of them...all his dishes are so flavourful and rich in tradition 😊

Sad to see so many of these vendors disappear. It was a whole experience especially with the roast corn

I tried your recipe and my parents LOVED it!! My mother was enjoying the husk.... Thank you thank you thank you... I always complained that the Canadian Sweet Corn never "took seasoning".. Yummmmm

Yea Dawi!!! Normally I would cover the pot with the husk of the corn and yuh right, if yuh doh bite up the corn core yuh need licks, cuz yuh wasting the corn. All that miss was Mr Pigtail in that coconut milk and we baddddd!!.....#GoodTing

The way Baidawi did his you just need to add some curry to the aromatics and you will have curried corn..and the local canadian sweet corn that he used is perfect to make it👌👌

But look at posh boil corn😁. I never used butter as I use coconut milk..I also use chive fine thyme and spanish thyme but not onion. I love the local canadian sweet corn especially when it is very full..and it also makes really tasty curry corn. And you're right about having sone sauce to dip👌👌to keep the flavour going. Long time I haven't seen someone chew up the husk like that..although I used to do it when I was younger...I can't anymore😌

Hear nah i taught was i aline eating meh corn an then sucking down on that husk or bone as you call it if i ent eat that husk i feel i ent eatcorn ,i love corn i once was alone home one day an i boiled corn with water pepper for flavour chive bandhania ansalt an i ate that whole day for tea breakfast an dinner no body was happy like me but i ent get no vorn yet to boil but will diffenitely try this only less butter nice vid nice presentation

While you were mashing the roucou seeds into that butter and you said "that rich flavour"you missed the opportunity to add the word creole in between, a nod to the brand that shall not be named😜.
