ISIC Japan is now starting a KZread channel called Boei Café. This is a project to discuss defense issues with experts in the field, moderated by defense writer Misa Sakurabayashi, in a more casual and fun way. Each discussion lasts approximately 15 minutes. This time, we have recorded four conversations with Mr. Nobukatsu Kanehara, former deputy director general of the National Security Bureau, on Japan's national security strategy.
