@@AntoineVaillant yes sir. Im trying to take this training thing serious. Ive went from 235 to 285 in past 2 years. But.... i think i either hurt my groin or pulled a muscle in my abdomen or have a hernia. Need to go to the dr, im training around it lol a meat head thing to say eh lol

That $15 rice is clearly a victim of imaginative inflation lol. No rice is that expensive, it only states "we sell too little to keep our company alive so we rely on people to think our rice is better but its not and just put a price tag that everyone knows is bogus"
