My professor found both his parents with covid, and couldn't have any teaching materials posted for this week. This video made it so much easier for me to break into the chapter!

Dr Matt I'm interesting how you take electrolytes? I started using creme if tarter, Himalayan pink salt, zinc . 2x or more daily in 16oz water bottles. Is this ok?

Dr Mike, have you ever done a video on high-salt food intake and some rough estimates on how long it takes for the kidneys to remove excess sodium from the blood and interstitial fluids? Also, what are some ways to "speed up" the sodium removal. I know drinking more water and intake of potassium are two keys actions but I really would like to see some illustrations and board drawing along with some concentration numbers and filtration rates and some mathematics behind it. Thanks if you did and hoping that you will at some point. Regards
