I roughly translated this as, insulin is secreted from the pancreas to get blood glucose/sugar back down by allowing the Liver, muscles and fat to be used as dumping ground.

Would be great if you gave a final summary or conclusion in layman terms. For example, “the most effective way to …..is through …..(feeding/fasting)…so that the body….”
I appreciate this point, but our videos are not designed to tell people how to do anything. This video is about the physiology of fasting - ie biochemistry and metabolism.

Dopamine can be both excitatory and inhibitory.
