We do a heat test to see how well they insulate the coffee or liquid and we also see how they compare to the Nespresso recipe glasses. We give lots of details as to the dimensions and weight of these Bodum double wall coffee glasses (they're very light) and give advice on if they will fit your coffee machine or not.

Best part of being insulated is that cold drinks won’t sweat

Hi, I’ve watched loads of your videos over the past few days. They are really helpful and informative. I thought I was going for a Vertuo machine but ended up ordering a Creatista Pro... so thanks😀

Thanks for taking the time to comment, really glad they've helped. Think that's a good decision, we were just saying today it's like having a coffee shop in your house with the Creatista 😃 Hope you like it!

Hi, They look interesting but not a hundred percent sure from a size point of view , is the volume stated to the brim or the volume you can put in as an actual drink without the danger of spillage.

The amazon imitation brands lack the sealed tab on the bottom. I have both real and clone, and when the tab came off the real ones and I placed it back on, I think it lost it's vacuum effect and it began to sweat from the inside. The clone ones are sealed with glass, but they dont retain the heat/cold as well as these. But they are 4 for $20 in the 12 oz size. The real ones are $20 for 2. Dont believe the dishwasher safe claim though, thats when I realized the seals broke after the drying cycle and mist formed inside, handwash as they are super fragile, even stacking pans a top them cracked them.

have you tried putting them in the oven for an hour at like 60-80c or something then returning the seal? the baking will dry the insides even more

I have very sensitive to heat fingers. The single walled glass I would find painful to hold, the Bodum glasses when filled with hot water you can barely feel any heat on the outer skin when held.

I had these glasses and I don’t like the lightness, I got the recipe glass with ice cube tray and much prefer them, although they are a bit hot to touch on a hot drink from my creatista where as the bodums were good due to the double wall.

Yeah I'm with you on that, I prefer the recipe glasses but I can see why they're popular and there was very little heat coming through from that Latte Macchiato.

Hi there sorry to keep asking but you have Creatista Pro, just would like to know if you’re having the same issue, the milk froth seems to be very bubbly and airy tried different settings with temperature and froth levels. Also used different types of milk with the same results - have you any suggestions or should I contact Nespresso and have a word with them.

Hi Steve. Have you upgraded from the Creatista plus? As I noticed a difference in froth between the two machines which I mentioned in the one of the vids I think. Didn't seem vastly different but I did prefer the froth from the plus, just seemed a bit finer and as you say a bit less airy. Wondering if it's down to the wand being a bit bigger. Another subscriber from America also said that he'd noticed he couldn't do latte art in quite the same way with the Pro but that he didn't want to go back to the plus as he preferred the other features of the Pro machine - size and touch screen etc. If you think it may be a fault, though, then I would definitely get in touch with Nespresso and ask them about it. Hope this helps.

A2B Productions hi no I haven’t only got the Pro - I remember in that you mentioned about it in one of your vids, I will persist a bit longer then I’ll give Nespresso a call and see what they say. Thank you

the differences in temperature are bigger in surroundings with more moving air. Outside with some wind the difference is huge. btw. another really great review with tons of information. Very Helpful. We have some Pavina glasses since around 8 years now. The only thing we don´t like so much is the mouthfeel, which is quite thick.

Not durable at all. Bought a set two weeks ago, one glass is already broken...from an ice cube. Smashed the inside...so far, @bodum isn't taking any responsibility. Will update if they own up to it, don't hold your breath

Centi litres (cl) are indeed a thing, more for cocktail recipes or syrup etc than coffee though

It goes: litre - decilitre - centilitre - millilitre. Simple
