  This is my go to machine nowadays, I did not realise Lor made a descaler so will have to get some of that, I used a generic descaler and it worked. I also just gave my machine a rinse programme which worked as well. Thanks very much for this step by step process, so helpful.

  I got it through a special offer on Amazon so easy to return but it was not a Evoluo. I must say I do love my Lor now. I love the double pods!

  i have the essenza mini and it’s great! The only thing is that there sometimes some black granules in my coffee! Is this plastic or some coffee? Does anyone have the same? And is the Citiz inside from metal instead or plastic?

  Glad you enjoyed it 😊 It’ll likely be coffee grounds. I’ve seen them in the my coffees in the past sometimes. Do you use compatible pods as they can sometimes be worse for that?

  Every time the £59.99 promotion is on I ponder whether to get one of these machines to replace my De’Longhi Lattisma+. My first choice is a Creatista Pro but only if I can get a really good deal on one. John Lewis currently have it reduced to £499.99 but that’s still a bit pricey.

  When your washed out the glass, did you dry it as well before pouring the new milk? I find if there's water in the glass then a lot of the milk froth disappears instantly.

  I ended up getting a Pop+ ( I got suckered in by the colour lol) but I would definitely not give up my Vertuo Plus Deluxe machine. There is no comparison between the two. My Pop+ is ridiculously loud and really throws a lot of grounds into my cup. It seems to be settling down a little now that I've had it awhile but I just find that the build quality is nowhere near as good as the Plus Deluxe. I do like the smaller footprint on my counter though. I find the buttons a bit finicky, when I run a shot through it before and after. It takes awhile for it to stop pushing water through after tapping the button to stop it. I guess I got spoiled with the Plus Deluxe which was just that much more responsive. I also don't like how it leaves water sitting in the capsule holder. Not a huge deal, but my Plus Deluxe doesn't do that, so I noted it. Does yours do that? Thanks for another great review! 😊

  Hi 👋 Glad you enjoyed the video and agree with your thoughts there. I don’t own a Vertuo Plus Deluxe but I do own a Vertuo plus and out of all the Vertuo machines I’ve had so far, that’s the one I’d keep personally. I like the automatic movement to open the lid with just one touch and you could probably see in the video, I was taken a little by surprise with how long it took to stop pouring the shot of water after pressing the button to stop it, that espresso glass very nearly overflowed 😅 And yes there is some standing water left behind inside the machine where the capsule spins, as there are no little holes in the capsule holder like the Vertuo Plus had, which allowed that water to drain away if I remember correctly. Thanks for sharing your experience 😀

  All I see from these machines are leaks and cups that have more than 1/2 of the cup full of froth. I returned mine the same day and I really wanted to like it!

  Generally, with this, you want to wait until the milk is heated, then put the chocolate in. I also find it works great with super frothy milk.

  If you open the perforations on the sides before you put it in and then do the front one only after you put it in, it’s lots easier to get it open the way you want it

  The only thing that bugs me about Yeti is they changed their capacity measurements and now falsely advertise size, the “20” oz is actually 16 and the “30” is closet to 26-28. NO ONE is filling these to the brim to drink even if they aren’t using the lid. I used to wish they had a leak proof lid but have since realized leakproof is not soda compatible (the carbonation causes major problems). The lid serves the purpose to reduce the likelihood I will spill on myself or a huge mess is made if it does get knocked, they are also superior to competitors & I got a Magslide for a chap one I was given: the heat retention was a noticeable improvement. I opt for Camelback for screwtop bottles and love my Yeti tumbler as a general all purpose. The 30oz in particular is perfect for breakfast smoothies and will keep them in perfect consistency for truly about 8hrs if I forget about it, hot stuff will stay hot for maybe 3 if I remember to close the slide and about 1 if I don’t

  Hi 👋 No generally the pods that fit in the Inissia will also fit the L'or Barista Sublime. I say generally as I've not tried every single pod out there, but they are both designed to accept all Original style Nespresso pods. Neither will accept Vertuo capsules though.

  You can actually and we’ve reviewed the latte sachets in the past. I liked them but they did taste mildly like a mocha even though they were listed as latte. Hope this helps 😊

  Hi 👋 The bigger pods are for a double espresso size and the smaller for single espresso. You can use the same button because the machine can read which type of pod you have put in it. Hope this helps 😊
