Yes and no. Definitely it's important to trade all, but you can't be desperate to sell. You need to get a good price. Anyway the coach needs to understand that he needs to develop the young talents and can't let the vets to burry them.

Eh, Kispert still gets cooked on D, I'd move him in the right deal, especially if they get a wing who could shoot at 26. If Golden State wants to remove all protections on the 2030 first they owe the Wiz and Moody, I'd do it.

Gotten really tired of the NBA and the Wizards, get talent then give away, get talent then don't play defense. It boils down to the players make way to much money, don't have the hunger, physical tenacity anymore. The wizards organization is terrible in the way they handle this team over these years.
