Same numbers for me. First heard him in 1975, seen him 17x, and still listen to him today at 62 to bring back memories. He was Best song writer, and easily the Greatest LIve Rock + Roll performer in Music history. He paid his dues, and worked hard unlike musicians today, and handled his money wisely unlike other stars. He was a gigantic part of my life, and never be another like him. Rock + Roll never forgets.

Deborah, Sept 1958. Bob, a rock n roll, gospel. So we're the same age. Picked up on Bob his first hit. Actually, I listened b4 it was a "hit" whatever his first one was. All that memory power, has left me. But the music, 🎼 still remains. People, they come and go, but the music, 🎵 still remains. 🎗️

I picked up on Bob's music in my late teens and now at age 61 his music is still my go-to, especially when I'm feeling down and out. His songs and his voice are timeless and he sings like no other. Have never seen him perform in person which truly leaves a hole in my soul. There's nothing like being immersed in his voice and in his songs.Thank you for this...

Bob Seger is a brilliant lyricist. He paid more dues than any rock star of that era having 8 albums out and ten years of trying to get accepted Nation wide. I got myself to Detroit for Live Bullet, Best concert I have ever had the pleasure of attending. I own every album and single he has ever put out, some no longer in print. He has written the anthems of my life and of countless others I am sure. I have travelled this journey with him since I first heard him on radio back in 69 and have attended his concerts since 75. I saw him in Toronto in 2015 and the man still puts on one hell of a show. No bells and whistles, just raw talented musicians putting on an incredible rock and roll show. A sold out crowd singing along to every song, electric energy that radiates right through you. I often wonder what gems he has tucked away in his library that we have not heard yet, maybe never will. His writing in my opinion is beyond compare....

Started listening to Bob in the late sixties; I’m now sixty seven and I’m thankful for his amazing talent. My first concert I went to was in Johnson City, Tennessee in 1976, and I’ve been fortunate to see him a few more times since. As a musician he was one of my earliest influences and when I have an opportunity to sing a little karaoke I always do Turn The Page. Love ya Bob!

Simply one of the best songs ever written. Period. Big props. He sounds in his '70's like he did 30+ years ago. Marvelous. In a world where no one plays instruments anymore, nor writes an actual 'album' full of meaningful lyrics and versatile songs-instead we need to hear a 'single' and multiple 'artists' collaborating for a year, along comes this gem. What a testament.

This album is gr8! Classic Bob all the way with a little more grit in his voice, but still right to the heart. Like good whiskey he gets better with age.

I love Bob Seger from the beginning to the end of time. He has never given up or in to what other people think he should do. He will only do what is best for him and others that listen to the songs. He has always shared with the Band and others around him. He has never given up on writing the words that penetrate through the people who have listened to the songs, and become a part of time and again share his life with every one who listens. I'm one of many who has been there to.

Loved Bob Seger since I was a teen. For every turn in my life he seemed to write a song about it. First saw him in 1979 and again in greenville sc and jax fl in 2018 on his final tour with 3 of my oldest and best friends. It was such a special time. Thinking back to 79 with the same crew. We have all aged but like Seger it just gets sweeter as the days go by. Thanks Bob and the silver bullet band for always helping me through. Broke my heart when we lost Alto Reed. Felt like losing family. Love to all my Seger buddies.

I just read that Bob may not perform on the road again as his recovery from back surgery is slow going. I hope and pray that isn't the case. I am praying for you Bob and your recovery. I have been a huge fan for about 50 years now and I am just about to turn 60. My older brothers took me to see Bob at Sherwood forest starting when I was 9 or 10 years old. I have been a fan and going to see Bob in concert every time he plays a show in Michigan, and I often see him in every venue he plays in Michigan. Years ago Bob sold out Pine knob (now DTE) either 6 or 7 shows and I went to every show. I seen Bob 2 times on his most recent tour, the Saginaw and Palace shows. As always Bob put on a great show, but you could see he was hurting throughout, yet he still did his encores. I pray Bob recovers and returns to play shows, but if he is done, I can proudly say, he will forever be my favorite rocker and just like the song Rock and roll never forgets, I will never forget all of the awesome concerts I attended and will forever have the great memories. Thank you Bob for the shows and for all of the awesome music. Your music has been with me in good times and bad and has got me through some rough patches and has been with me during happy times as well. I am happy to hear Bob is doing some writing during his recovery. Bob is an excellent writer as well as a performer. I don't know if Bob will see this, but in case you read this Bob, if you return to the road I will see you again, but if not, I want to thank you for the great shows, the great music, and for all you have done for Rock n Roll. As Carly Simon sings. Bob Seger, you're the best. Get well soon Bob. #1 fan Roy

@@jasongreenblatt6068 wow, it would be so difficult to pick an actual favorite song from Bob Seger! There are SO MANY! Glenn Song struck me that night to my core and back, thinking about my own recent losses, and one recent loss suffered by a friend of mine. My favorites probably all fall into his music from days gone by, such as those from his "Live Bullet" album. In 2008 I had tickets to see him live in concert here in Ohio - very good seats! When the time came to leave in the afternoon that day, my severe anxiety kicked in and I was unable to leave, and missed his concert.. I missed my shot at ever seeing him perform in person. I know there was nothing I could do at the time, but since then I have never been able to forgive myself. Some of my favorites: Night Moves, Roll Me Away, We've Got Tonight, Turn The Page. The list could go on and on! His music, his voice, his soul, his presence in the moment when he recorded his music is simply incredible and undeniable. He is the G. O. A. T.!! He moves me like no other... If I could meet one person on this Earth, it would be Bob Seger.
