i’ve watched so many of bobs videos, i randomly got the motivation tonight to comment on one and say how thankful i am for his videos and the calmness he brings me. i use the vids every night to fall asleep for months and it bring me to peace like nothing else in my life can. to anyone who reads this i hope you succeed in life and enjoy it as much as you can. you are blessed and god loves you. thank you bob ross and thank you youtube for keeping his legacy alive 🫶🏼

I used to watch him as a kid back in the day on pbs channel 8, he is truly missed! lovely paintings, cool ass afro lol, & calming voice. Such a part of my childhood... RIP

What's my church preference? Flying buttress and stained glass, vaulted arches and marble statues, maybe a few gargoyles.

I love these happy little paintings

Bob Ross always brings positive energy to my life.

If wish when I die it's just myself and Bob and we can chill out and smoke a doobie together and just paint some happy big mountains and scrape in some little sticks and twigs.

In eleven years of the Joy of Painting program, it was in this episode that he said his first word aloud. "WHAT !?" :)

He asked this man what his church preference (ie. his direction of belief), however the man answered the literal question (what is your preference when it comes to churches (the buildings)), and answered, red brick churches is his favorite.

When I'm feeling down Bob ross always cheers me up to this day he is my favorite person to watch and listen to something about his voice is just so soothing I wish I could have had the honor to meet him before he passed he actually lived pretty close to me which makes me wish I could have seen him even more
