    Beautiful school and it's amazing how you're very intentional about entrenching your family in everything that defines who we're and what we're destined to become if we really invest in our own things,so nothing but the best for our niece.Our African dream is only just beginning 🇿🇦.

    The school and the infrastructure around the area was built by the Royal Bafokeng Monarch: King Leruo Molotlegi with the proceeding from Platinum unearthed in his land. He made sure that the carriculum is of international standard. Bafokeng are a very progressive community; he made sure that everyone from his community benefit from the wealth. This does not surprise me in the least sis. Have you considered African Leadership Academy as well? I pulled my eldest out of the American public school system and put her in a private prep boarding school in Ghana. She is now off to college in NYC, pulling my youngest out once she is done with elementary so she does middle and high school on the continent. Ghana’s private schools are nice but nowhere near the level of South Africa so you are absolutely spoilt for choice! And yes boarding school is excellent!

    I was in boarding school in Cape Town. Sharing a room is not determined by price but by earning the academic, cultural or sport prestige to have the the right to your own private room. The younglings need to learn to get along, the seniors if there is capacity and they have earned the privilege can get single rooms, or have to share with just one other person. Or that is how it worked in my boarding school. In my first year I shared a room with 11 other girls, and in matric just one other girl. Same with eating priveleges. Matrics ate first, Grade *ters lasts ^^;

    We hope to see in the next 20 years, more than 2 million Americans become permanent or temporary residents in Africa, traveling back-and -forth between Africa and America for work, business and tourism. That is why the continent needs to upgrade its infrastructures and public administration and governance to deal with this massive influx of new immigrants from all over the world. The continent needs more people. It is massive, empty and the least populated continent. The continent needs improved transportation systems (roads, railways, maritime passenger terminals, bus terminals and airports, etc..) hotels, restaurants, recreational facilities and tourist attractions, health care delivery systems, housing developments, etc... American professionals and tradesman, should consider opening office branches and representations in the continent right now.

The discipline and punishment are probably considered as torture per American standards. There are very few American schools where students wear uniform. Wearing uniform is a headache for America.

    There are many boarding schools in the U.S. It's usually very wealthy families that send their children to boarding schools. While well off Americans, who have money but are not extremely wealthy tend to prefer preparatory day schools over boarding schools. For a list of the schools in the U.S., just google American Boarding Schools and American prep schools. There is a Boarding school in my community, within 4 miles of my home (I'm in the DC metro). The school is $60,000/year and has a dormitory for students.

    There are boarding schools in the US, but they are not idealized. Americans tend to believe that boarding schools are for people who do not like their children. Some of them are designed to be punitive, to "correct" kids with behabioral problems. (Donald Trump was shipped off to such a school.). This school looks lovely. What has happened with the school Oprah built in SA because Americans "weren't grateful enough" to fund one in the US. It's been around long enough to have graduated many outstanding students. Has it? Or did the sex abuse scandal undermine it?
