This is a really interesting video. I'm fascinated by the length and speed of the trains as well as the height of some of the double-stack container wagons. The combination of all this plus the sound of the massive diesel locomotives makes this a spectacular show to look at. Greetings from Poland :)

***** Greetings from America! There are lots of us who get to watch these giant trains here in the US. I have kept an eye on them ever since I was a little boy when my home was close to a busy set of tracks. It seems that once you are "bit by the bug", you can never stop! :) I have also been watching those who have posted narrow gauge railroads from all over Europe, including Poland. While I thoroughly enjoy watching our large and fast trains here in the US, the small narrow gauge trains from your areas have been delightful and refreshing! Interesting how the many of them appear so personal and intricate with the areas they serve. Thanks to those in your home for sharing your railroads with us here in the US. If you get the chance, come and visit with us here and see these trains for yourself. You will not be disappointed!

The line change between Crookton and Williams Junction was completed on the early 1960's. The relocation avoided the descent from Crookton to Ashfork then the climb again to Williams.

Nice opening shot with the two trains meeting and the cow (or bull) grazing placidly.
