I believe that it was coming with everything needed to install all 3 boxes, including the top one.

I bought top box vario from Model 2010 GS AC....with plate base and i cant fix the with the carrier.....my is Model 2013 GS LC

Not to keep you waiting - I actually don't remember. Will be the best to google it, especially that the capacity varies as the topcase can be "extended".
