@@owen3094 what I was saying was there’s no point in opening up the unit and trying to repair any damage. I actually got a replacement unit (second hand from a car breakers) and swapped it in. Turns out the replacement also didn’t work, so the issue was actually the wiring connection. Apparently it can break quite easily. My mechanic fixed it when i was getting it serviced.

@@jt86tnWires that run from the light harness, through the boot paneling and across the rubber channel (rubber tube) that connects boot wiring to the front of the car.

You dont need to scratch your body in a place where a lot of water travels. Just test for ground on the open bolts.

Does splitting the wire cause voltage anomaly and trigger dash warnings?

I’m a little confused as the guy at the shop just replaced my bulb. So is it led or a regular bulb? Because the inner tails doesn’t work sometime
