+Nikola Tesla the process is called atmospheric plasma treatment. It is used to clean the surface and also activate the surface (increase surface energy) in order to create a stronger bond with the adhesive.

these are not batteries for cell phones, this are batteries for cars

Too much glue. I will become crazy when need to dismantle for regeneration.
