Very timely video... I am taking delivery of my F900R on this coming Saturday. Your tutorial is very helpful. BTW - I am 5'6" and sat on a standard F900R at the dealership; due to my short legs I was not at all close to flat footing. 😢 Had to travel 150 miles to another dealership to sit on a bike with the lower seat/suspension option and still couldn't flat foot, but I at least felt comfortable enough on it to buy it.

How are you liking it so far

I'll have to get a look at the lean angle on the F 900. Not sure how accurate, but my Kaw Z H 2 got 56 deg, both sides, "all the tire " and tagging the peg feelers.

just ordered this bike! cant wait. i got the low suspension with high handle bars cuz im only 5.5 30inseam

Yeah, the tire pressure nanny was irritating. Didn't know how to turn it off last Sunday, but did discover it would leave me alone for about 5 minutes. Timed the Borrego speed run , accordingly.

My mate has exactly the same bike ,only his fuel gauge isn't showing just like your 1st few seconds of showing this TFT ,only your fuel gauge appears few seconds later

To stop the lap timer... hit the menu down while in the lap screen to stop the lap timer.

How do you exit the sports screen and switch to the normal screen?

Great review as always sir. Is it true that F900r has lots of vibrations on handle bars on low gears ? Does it disappear when you reach higher speed?

It does go away at higher speed. Low gear vib is very minimal.

I haven't noticed any significant vibration on handle bars throughout different speeds.

Is this a good first timer bike?

Getting my brand new one next friday! One question, you can connect your Helmet to the bike and listen to music but does that also work with Apple EarPods? Thank you.

EarPods connect to your phone not the bike so yes but you should get a Senna.. more safe and they won’t slip off your ear.

Hi! Just subscribed :). Quick question: Is sports mode only available if dynamic and dynamic pro mode is available? I have ordered my bike but the riding mode pro was not available in my region, not sure if it works with standard road/rain modes? Thanks!

@@PetroHead if you didn’t buy the premium package, I’m wondering if there is a way to buy the thing you plug in and unlock the dynamic/dynamic pro mode. Mine has rain and road modes only at this point. And one other question....mine came from the dealer with the coolant sitting at the low level line. I’ve never had a bmw and was hoping that was normal. It was on my mind as the radiator fan seems to kick on pretty easily when not moving even as cooler temperatures.

​@@stephenbriggs1736better to check on the details, pro package in India only includes Cruise control, quick shifter and ESA- nothing else is added to it. Dynamic mode pro is a package which includes the hardware installation and some software unlocking. I got the full quote for it and it is about USD 3K here in India. For now I am skipping it, would run it on the basic modes and then see if I really want to get the upgrade for the itch. I have been told by several people that the standard modes are good enough for most occasions..

I just got mine f900r and im super happy , im thinking ablut changing the exhaust for something louder. Question though, i couldnt get my cruise controll to work . How do you use it ?

Its called an "encoding plug" but I'll have a video on it soon and will demonstrate riding modes as well. Stay tuned!

When I purchased my F900R it came with plug. Super easy to install. Plug and Play

A decent consumption
