BMW E65 working Digital TV in Sweden

Yes Sweden still uses the older dvb-t standard so the e65 can still receive the TV signals but the reception is almost never good enough to view anything unless you're parked in precisely the right spot. Otherwise the sound or the picture will cut out. This could be down to some antenna problems with the car but I doubt that.
