Pro tip, use a dab of Wurth superglue to allow the gasket to say in on the valve cover. You do not need to use any mirrors. If you have Drei-Bond 1209, it makes it look more like a factory job.

What would you say are the top 5 most reliable used BMW models/years?

Excellent video ill be doing mine soon. But wouldnt it make more sense to add the sealant compound to the valve cover before you lay the gasket onto it? Seems like that would make it stick so you can set it easier.

What gasket sealer did you use?

Love your videos. That crusty gunk under the oil filler cap, what causes that? I get some on mine if it's cold and I do short journeys. anything to worry about?

Mr W Moisture+oil=crusty stuff Doing short trips doesn't allot the engine to heat up and evaporate moisture properly. In conjunction to damp/cold weather, this increases accumulation.

What happens to the car if i put the antifreeze green to the bmw?

Slow corrosion. If you have an electric water pump, should use the factory blue stuff, allows the pump to last longer.
