Nice car(too bad you sold it already), almost exactly like my '04, except I've got the 6-speed manual. Love driving the car. I prefer to work on my own vehicles, and this car is about as complicated as I want to get as a DIY'er. Cheers!

I just bought another ZHP that looks like yours. Mine has suspension damage. I made a video about it. The steering wheel and shift knob are factory. Someone painted the lower portion of the steering wheel trim though. It wears out, so people often paint them with paint or Plastidip. That oil light is likely your oil level sensor needing to be replaced. I've replaced it once. Easy to do. You will need to so it when you change your oil. The factory headunit isn't good. There are two really good aftermarket options though. Look completely factory, too. Eonon and Dynavin. Dynavin is the nicer unit but the Eonon is a nice inexpensive upgrade.

congrats man I like the zhp and have wanted to pick one up for while but they keep climbing in value.... I actually Just replaced the head unit with a new one ill drop the video soon... how much did you pay for it if you don't mind me asking

@Mike hachem You're right. They are climbing in value. They are a special car, in my opinion. The first one I bought, that I still own, I bought for $1500 in 2017. 6-spd sedan 181K miles. Ran and drove. Just needed a lot of maintenance. This new one I bought was $3500 but it come with lots of spare parts. E46 M3 seats, two extra sets of ZHP wheels, newer Bilstein shocks and H&R springs, Alcantara interior swap, extra set of HID headlights, and several other parts that I might sell. It also had over $7500 in maintenance receipts over the past 4 years. How much did you pay?

@@andydhillon1977 i paid 4k solid engine ans trans only issues is clear coat peel ans some rust spot but drives really good for its age

One thing I've learned over the past 25 years of modding cars is there is always certain desirable cars/ car parts. Never hurts to buy some and hold on to them. I've been buying up car parts even for cars I don't even own yet. Lol

Thinking about buying one this weekend with 226k mikes for 2k. Common issues and some engine work but nothing to mayor. And it’s 6spd. Hope you enjoying the car?

that's good price for it congrats it was great car handling and good pick up speed as well you will surely like it with the manual trans.. I actually sold it mine few weeks ago sad day
