This is really great how you're presenting these magical artists all of whom have meant so much to me over the years. Watching Muddy Waters from 5 feet away, being on the same festival as James Cotton. Another time splitting sets with Muddy's sidemen "The Legendary Blues Band" when R.L. Burnside, and I were on the same bill at a club in Wichita. Or, hanging out with then 71 year old Sunnyland Slim backstage at a club in Boulder soaking up his stories as a young 23 year old Blues player--learning--guitar, harp, and piano--especially being influenced by the incredible Otis Spann. gj A man leaving this world way to soon. Buying an R.L. Burnside record in 1976 then 6 years later doing around a 12 year stint blowing harp, or playing guitar behind R.L. Burnside, and over the years Eddie "Guitar" Burns, and an ex bank robber named Danny Mack, and his Sharks. The Blues is for real! Thank you!😎 Jon Beckley Morris

-It's not "purist", but for a player? It could well be instructive.. VERY instructive, if they use a little imagination, in fact. -Thanks!
