Thank You for taking the time to make and post this video. Can you tell me the difference between the 12 amp and 24 amp battery, is one better than the other for the e drive?

Dave King I think the main difference is how long your motor will run,weight and price. I can run mine for 12 hours straight trolling with down riggers and 2 4lb balls. I’m guess with the 12ah you could only do about half. I have a battery video also with my trolling setup. Posted a few days ago.

i live in the PNW and fish offshore and also up in Washington on the sound. i was going to get this setup but now im not sure. the way it cut the waves makes me think a 4 foot roller would wash the deck

I have been in waves like that and you will get water over the deck but it has nowhere to stand so it run right off. Just make sure your hatches are secure and watertight. The one in the video is currently in the Spokane area and for sale.

@@rallics It was sold a couple weeks ago. Not sure what’s up with that phone. It was Pacific Northwest Kayak. They have a active Instagram page, that might be the best way to get ahold of them.

You’re from WA right? Do you think this will handle the Puget Sound style kayak fishing?

I think it will on calm days or in protected area. In waves you get a lot of wash over on the deck. Kinda goes through the waves instead of over them.

@yboy360 so you still think longer and wider kayak are the way to go for fishing the PNW especially the Puget sound? I just thing the 360 way of fishing is easier.

@@DaddycorderTV I have owned just about ever brand you can buy. The 360 was big and could be hard to maneuver. My PA12 was horrible in the wind. My Hobie Compass was amazing. So I assume the Outback would be awesome also. Currently I own the Hobie Lynx and I love it.

Ik im late but how powerful of a battery can I use on this thing and could I put a slightly bigger trolling motor on it just for the bigger fins to grab and push more water

You can put as big of a trolling motor you want. Just mount it on the back. I have a video with the blue sky with a prototype electric motor. It was a 24v system. Look at that video to see how they mount. You can buy the bracket from Jackson. Just check to see what the load rating is. I would bet you could run a small outboard also.

So there are different ways. The Bluesky 360 pro I believe doesn’t have a pedal drive and has a platform to mount something like the Motorguide xi3. The 360 Angler like the one in my video has a additional mount where you can mount a small gas engine or a hand steered motor. I have a video with a motor on the back you can check out.

What Kind of GoPro mount its that bro?
