Amazing arm. Kid makes it look so easy and simple. Hope he makes it to the show and stays healthy 🔥💯🙏
i love just how fast that video captures and is available to show both of you the mechanics that are going on. It also really changes how the game is taught and trained, very interesting.
Tread blowing up so fast right now strap in boys

@@ASchmidt-yw9tea sweeper is a slider variation. The difference between the two is that a curveball will generally have more depth than a slider and it will be thrown slower. A curveball has more elements of topsin compared to that of bullet/and or sidespin of a slider.
Wish we had coaching like this back in the late 1950's...When I played we had one coach who knew very little about the game and, a twelve game season, By the end of my college career, 1958 our season was 18 games...
Incredible seeing smaller guys like this generate such amazing power while making it look so effortless.

Small?? He’s 6’2. Only 2 percent of the humans on this earth are 6’2 or taller. Thats a fact. 6’2.5 is 1.5 percent of the population. Everyone case about height until they hear those stats
As a former AAA prospect Troy has amazing potential Coming outta the bullpen throwing 99 Can't wait to see his off speed selection

I’m a Brit so no absolutely zero of what’s going on but is it hip rotation with the arm speed then all the finger manipulation, and how would a high level batter handle this stuff
Thread pumping out 100+ guys with optimized arsenals that fit them at factory speed. All of this stuff is changing the game. Big time
AA last year at 26… hopefully this hard work translates to the field and he can make it.
One of the best pens we've seen on here
That little glove flip he does cracks me up.
He doesn't even look that big on camera; guy must make the most out of his build.

this guys f*cking filty. if he figures out that change up sky’s the limit
Amazing how far technology has come. To be able to capture all the mechanics after each pitch. Imagine 20 yrs from now!
Good luck this year Troy, stay healthy, get mean, don't let em dig in. They slap one to right, make em pay! Full swings or your on your back! Think Clemons, lol. You have the same stuff Roger had, only difference is he owned the outside of the plate and everyone knew it! ATTITUDE!
I like watching them place it while throwing a breaking ball. That'll eat em up⚾️
At foot strike my arm is up but at an angle above 90°(obtuse), how can I fix that so that I’m more at 90 at foot strike
Manoah and Pearson have to step up their game!
Kudo's to that cat catching.
🔥
hope he makes it big, and I hope the money that comes along with getting big doesn't change him too much for the worse as it has with many baseball legends.
MY GUY! watch Mussina come out of his throw... right into solid defensive positioning. Cant wait to see you in Toronto!
These cameras are insane
I would love to do this even though I'm no where near these guys level. Just too see my statistics on everything
Think Greg Maddux said it when he took off some from his fastball it made all the difference in control. He could take just little off and still be mid 90s and get that good control.

And he said what made him successful was: location, movement, change of speeds, hitting (living on) corners, and changing approach to hitter on the 3rd time up,
Tear your shoulder up to get 1 mph more, he said.
Seeing him straight on,certainly doesn't look simple & easy.
gotta be smooth to transfer energy 🤷⚡️

Whats crazy is there are major leaguers who will send that 600 ft. Who the EFF is teaching catchers to sit on one knee!
some of the most beautiful form I've ever seen
The technology today is crazy
Babe Ruth obviously didn't download the right app. Could've been a great.
I wonder how many pens that Catcher does in a day. If you are catching a lot then by all means get a knee down squatting three or four hundred times and you will know what I mean
Special arm makes it look so easy. Nothing waisted.
Hope that shoulder holds up.....!
Hitters going to eat up that 3/4 arm slot

Is that really a good place to have the windows?
Can yall hook me up with some baseballs, a glove, and a net? I’d be going ham in a month
Little easy when you're taking such big steps to the plate. Dude almost ends up handing it to the catcher. Elbows
no control though, needs to work on that
these catcher;'s hands must be hurting like hell
now troy watson you need to read carefully Nolan Ryan book pitchers bible, about the KEY things that are best for you and your pitching abilities light specific muscle workouts, food = as Nolan Ryan was one of the best pitchers in the earths baseball history and tells you what he did to last so long. God Bless
Man. At that size I'm actually a little worried for him. Remember Lincecum? He fell off because of the stress on his bones because of the frame he had. The motion bugs me too. Thats a lot of torque on the elbiw. I bet he can hit 101. He's not even throwing it full cap. You guys are about to go off, huh? Your output over the last 2 years is staggering. You'll have the 1 overall by 2030. I used to catch a flamethrower and a wizard. Id be afraid to catch your content interen if hes pumping. Thes kids are not human.
