Bloody Abandoned McMansion | They left on Christmas!

What happened here? This abandoned McMansion was built in the year 2000. It was sold a few years ago to a developer for 3 million dollars. It has been sitting abandoned waiting its fate. Its crazy a house this age will be demolished for new homes. Not sure what that stain was in front of the stairs but it sure looked like blood.

About me:
I have been exploring abandoned places since I was a child and now I would like to film the explores and share the videos with you.
My father took me to my first abandoned house when I was 7 years old. I remember going into the house and a old farmer came in and told us "we better watch out as the floors are all rotten and unsafe". Ever since that day I was hooked on exploring abandoned places.
If you have a location you would like to share with me or want me to explore for you please send me an email at abandonedurbexcanada@hotmail.com and I will give you full credit for the share in the description and during the video if you choose.

My theory regarding the blood in the hall is from sitting a trash bag of defrosted and starting to smell meat etc. from the fridge/freezer for a few minutes and it leaked. You can see droplets where they put it into another bag to keep it from dripping on the way to the trash can, probably on the way out for good. You can see they were cleanly and didn't leave the house a filth pit like so many do.

Obviously a money or financial reason. I have researched and watched a ton of these and often the bank takes the home back. They have little time to take what they can, or wherever they are going obviously isn't as large so unfortunately a lot of it gets left behind. Also some people come into money quickly and buy homes they really ultimately couldn't financially upkeep. Some of these homes have $25k/month mortgages. I've seen people fall into a million dollars and spend that amount on a house. Not enough!

This is an especially beautiful home, Brent! It’s so clean and would be easy to move in. This is the only house I have ever seen with such well constructed closets. All wood, elegant, beautifully painted and not a wire rack to be seen. I especially felt awful seeing the doggy Christmas stocking. I pray he’s doing well. Thank you, Brent, for a great adventure ❤

My small house is 60+ years old and built with beautiful hardwoods. The stove, fridge, not so much - as old as the house. I was going to do some renovations on it, but I have been told that if/when I sell this beautiful little cabin by a lake, it will be torn down and nothing will be saved. It's worth 3 times what I owe, but it bothers me that it will no longer be here. I think it is worth saving, but do I have the money to do it? Money...

How sad that a beautiful house in great condition is abandoned, and it’s going to be torn down 😢 I think the owners probably ran out of money and that’s why the basement is unfinished 🤷‍♀️ Was wondering if the water was still on, one of the toilets still had water in it? From the thumbnail, the house was not that nice looking from the outside but inside...wow. really nicely trimmed out. Money was spent on materials there; it's not just a big house made with the cheapest crap. The door handles alone are $$$. I recently bought 24 sets of similar handles for my new place and cost me $6k. It's sad to see that taken dow. A lot of skilled people worked on building that.
