@@Matitheshlag a bit to late but bloodborn is based on HP lovecrafts cthulhu Mythos and dark souls is basically an adaption of the berserk Manga. Ironically these two games are the only two adaption worthy enough to be compared to the Orginals, so I don't think you can find another movie or video game which is similar to bloodborn.

Im pretty sure that is nothing but a product of the actors being given poor directions in the context of the scene. I know these games call to be looked at with detail, but please dont look for things where there are none. Its embarassing.

Some of the cutscenes are downright terrifying My personal favorite is the very first one

The Hunter in these videos looks like that guy, the "Human Ken Doll" who had like 300 cosmetic procedures, hahaha.

Bloodborne music is honestly so skin crawling and I love it

Holy shit, the voice acting, the animation, the cinematography, and the atmosphere of Bloodborne is just unmatched....

just wanted to personally say thanks for this upload. i played bloodborne when i lived with one of my friends who had a ps4. i had a 360 and moved to pc soon after. i didnt even end up finishing it sadly. but as someone that did play demons souls then dark souls, i really appreciated it. anyways, its been in my backlog for ages, along with demons souls replay bc i dont have the consoles... yet! one day ill fix that and fully play thru all of them (cause ive only played dark souls 1 if you can imagine), and many more games in the backlog im sure, lol. till that day comes however, this will do.

Oh man, I’ve been on a run lately with these games and bloodborne was the first actual souls game I ever played back in 2016. I was young and didn’t get it and hated it, but coming back to it now I fucking love and appreciate it no matter how mad it makes me. Demon souls, Ds1 and Ds2 are the last games I have to play, and then I have played all soulsborne games, but this game will stand out the most. Definitely finish it man, you won’t regret it fellow hoontah

@@KJ_live60 i started with demons, then ds1 on console then kinda took a break from the series for ??? reasons. just recently got ds2 (i think last summer sale or something) and finished it a few months ago. waiting for ds1/ds3 sales so i can grab those and replay ds1/first time ds3. if/when bloodborne gets a pc port, ill grab it. but if not im buying a console for it. its my favorite souls game as well even tho i only made it to boss #2. but even my very short time with it, it was impactful. the story, the atmosphere, the combat, etc is just very strong. where most of the titles have a weak spot or two that dont matter so much cause of all the other great stuff, i truly think bloodborne has no weak point. glad you are enjoying the series tho!! from makes some wonderful games truly.

Bloodborne is free with ps plus on PlayStation and playstation just had a fromsoft sale putting all the souls games and dlcs (Not ER or Sekiro) 75% off, It would’ve been a steal :(. Thanks though man, I appreciate those kind words, and wish that you could’ve also enjoyed this sale. I pray that another one for steam comes soon, and bloodborne gets a port so you can experience this greatness. If you only made it to the 2nd boss, you’re in for a very wild fucking ride, and you’re gonna thoroughly enjoy the experience. I ask that you please do your best not to get spoiled on it either, it’s just a crazy turn of events from the beast hunting. All in all, here’s to hoping those wants become reality good sir🤝

I’ll be honest, my only real complaint with Bloodborne (I’ve finally started coming around to enjoying it, though it did take a while) is that I don’t get just regular weapons, and that I’m FORCED to use trick weapons Imagine slaying beasts with simple weapons, and not crude axes, saws and whips specially designed for hunting beasts, now THAT would make me feel powerful

The doll is beckoned to the dream, and to accompany the hunter in the hunters dream. She's made to be a companion in a world where the plague has made every man for himself, and torn away the loved ones. So the doll is a symbol of purity and love to cheer up hunters, like a cheerleader in football games. She's unable to catch the scourge of the beast, and therefore more reliable than the inhabitants of Yarnham. "nothing happens to the doll" - is merely because there are more than one doll, and i think one is granted to a new hunter when waking in the hunters dream, as we also see "an old doll" in the old workshop behind the Cathedral Ward.

What I never got is it says that you will wake up as if you were dreaming which you see it but over the course of the game you diey and diey but do you wake up no only when the old hunter kills you you wake up of course I guess that is because he is like the zoo keeper

It's an intentional theme. The great ones cannot have children themselves (each third of an umbilical cord is a failed attempt at a new great one) so some of them try to get humans to the point where they can become great ones themselves (which is what happens in the third ending) so the children of both the humans and great ones are a big theme of the lore

The story is told through NPC dialogue and item descriptions. Cutscenes are usually used for the opening intro, boss intros, and the endings.

I’m gonna try to make it as short as possible: a group of people found underground the blood of a race of ancient godlike beings called the Great Ones who long ago ascended to a higher state of being. They founded the College of Byrgenworth to study it and hopefully ascend to the same level as the Great Ones. A man named Laurence discovered it had healing properties and founded the Healing Church and distributed it to the public in Yharnam. However the blood caused a “plague of beasthood” and the Healing Church founded the hunters, the first being Gherman, to initially quietly dispose of the infected. However it got so bad that the HC quarantined itself and many of its own members turned into monsters. You play as a newcomer to Yharnam to be healed by the blood but are taken in by Gherman to assist him in taking back the city. Depending on your choices, the final cutscene you are reborn as a squid creature, which means your character has been reincarnated as a Great One

@@benwatford3068 the first hunter was Ludwig. Gherman was one of the first to codify their practices and so was the first "hunter" but the first to participate in the hunt was Ludwig.

@@benwatford3068 Gherman's hunter's and the Church's hunters are two separate "clubs". In fact, Gherman's faction of hunters is basically nonexistent the night the player character commences the hunt.

Maldito Alcaraz no, the game just doesnt rely on cutscenes for it's stories. the only times cutscenes play (after the intro) is for boss battles, maybe some teleporting, and a couple to flashbacks. because most of the story comes from the characters, and items, there just doesnt leave many cutscenes in the end. all souls games are like this. and i love it, because the cutscenes actually mean something.
