the reason why bloodbath is such a orgasmic death metal band in my opinion is the drummer doesnt go off doing blast beats for every second of the song. (also the shnazy vocals, guitar riffs etc.)

Bloodbath IS the pure essence of death metal.

they're probably the best band of Sweden imo, they just unable to compose a shit track it's impressive, and can manifest such a malevolent aura and sometimes solo with melancoly like this track, even the lyrics are so well written, death poetry.

By far one of the best metal outros of all time

divine0enigma He started fucking up his voice the last few years, so he had to change his technique when screaming to prevent doing permanent damage to his singing voice. So unfortunately, he doesn't sound all that great when doing this style of vocals anymore, which I would assume is part of the reason for not writing songs that include them.

Ok kid, so, first I don't think "bloodbath is so popular" at all. Then explain the fucking common point betwin betwin these band and bloodbath ? Secondly, I was suggesting opeth because Akerfelt and Axenrot worked in Bloodbath (and no, Witchery and Katatonia arn't DM at all)(so, mentioning other bands are out of point here). So, when this guys said best "DEATH METAL" songs ever written, I can do nothing except telling him Akerfeldt created songs with a WAAYYYYY better writting skill... so I was speaking to Samual, not you kid.

Mikael seriously has THE best death metal vocals ever. Like, it's not even an opinion, simply fact. I have never heard a guy have such a deep, powerful growl, and have such control over it. Amazing.

The guitar/drums in this band have always been amazing. No crazy intricate stuff, just pure raw playing with actual emotion behind the instruments. It separates Bloodbath from alot of other DM bands.

What I just love about this song, is the evilness, the anger. Then the ending kicks in and it's a beautiful solo. If you have the volume cranked up, you can hear the echo of the squel...just amazing.

The guitar-solo at the end is just beautiful, it's a composed symphony of pure lovely darkness and brutality.

The best death metal outro is in this song, to me anyway.

That guitar playing was epic in the last minute or so in the song. Bloodbath isn't getting enough credit for what they deserve. The radio doesn't understand that some people in this world like death metal

Sums up pretty much everything.. and then earthless, truely beautyful outro without words...
