Excellent work as always, Ollie! Video tip: if you can set the shutter speed on your camera to multiple of the AC frequency, which I think is 50Hz in Australia (60 Hz here in the USA), it should reduce the flickering when recording indoors. So, set the shutter speed to 1/50, 1/100, etc.

I'm late to the game here, but it may have a setting somewhere for the "line frequency" of either 50 or 60Hz and that setting automatically alters the frame rates to help eliminate the strobing. it may not always work depending on LED design and circuitry. 😁

These types of toilets are concreted in and don't have screws and silicone to hold them down like newer versions.

Pretty sure all their toilets down under are cemented in. Or at least all I've seen Ollie work on were. Saw some removed and it was a pretty involved procedure. Here in the US, where I live anyway, they are bolted down to a mounting place with two bolts. I replaced both mine over the years and it took less than 30 mins each and I am by no means a plumber.

A all ready made access plug at the toilet outlet drain would be ideal, instead of drilling a hole through the porcelain. The ez cap or plug. You can design this toilet!

Ollie, I have "shaved" a lip down with my K9-204 and a carbide knocker, would have been interesting to try it on that lip to soften the ridge. Nice work as always, load of roots for a short line.

Also, crazy house sound travels through pipes. Could hear you guys talking through the pipes when you had the camera going outside a Shop-Vac also works pretty good to unclog sink drains. Reverse in the flow and unhooking everything you suck the clog out annual pull all the hair out and if it doesn't go into the vacuum when you lift the hose away it's all right there for you to grab onto.

Just happened to take a peek and YES!!!! Ratty is back again!!!!

You must buy those rubber tub stoppers by the boxload. I inherited a lot of properties like this situation where nobody planned for maintenance or replacement in the future, so there are few access points, shut off valves or easy options for replacement. It's like they never planned for the future.

A Badroom block! Camera Picture.! Then Toilet open, with Nozzle in the Drain. Next Camera Picture by 6 Metre block, Roots. You clear and wash the Badroom. In the Handbasin Haar. Then Drain clear in Garden with Presswater and Nozzle. You make however a very good work. To last the Paper Test. And say oh good. 💪👌👍

Every time I see you doing your signature walk with your arms swinging I think of that song, “Skip to my Loo” and then I realize that THAT is exactly what you’re doing… duh! I live in the deep South of the US where we still have a little bit of the old lingo.
