Ollie doesn't practice proper manual handling anyways, if he bent with his knees instead of his back it would be the same as not bending. Even at 22:24 when he is bending over to wash out the drain a bit, you can clearly see he is bending his back. Old habbits die hard, and this one could end his career.

here in the USA, i wonder why people still use and flush wipes that are clearly not flushable ???

@Evan Cottle - well, technically they ARE flushable. The problem is that they snag on roots and other obstructions... so I guess they can justify their stance if you have decent plumbing.

Brian Sullivan It's all in the language, they most certainly are flushable, but so is a motorbike if the sewer is big enough, they are just not degradable the way ordinary toilet tissue is.

John Coops The municipal utilities would (strongly) disagree, since the wipes get caught in the equipment at sewage treatment plants, causing them massive headaches, plus they dramatically exacerbate the problem of fatbergs. (If this term doesn’t ring a bell, you’re in for a treat.) So just because they can successfully make it out of your drains into the sewers doesn’t mean the problem is over.

@@tookitogo - why are you writing that to me? I know all that... go tell your sewer utility to get the package labelling changed.

John Coops because _you_ were defending labeling them as “flushable”, when they’re not by any sensible definition. Utilities have been trying for years to get them banned or relabeled, but they can’t do anything against the deep lobbying pockets of the butt wipe industry. It’s not for lack of trying... meanwhile, the taxpayer is left footing the bill for all the remediation costs.

Kudos to you for cleaning the mess. People around here (Brazil) leave it for you to deal with, because they're not, technically, been paid to clean.

Very well. Work although you could remove the metal that was inside the tube. But later you have to break the concrete to verify where you made the marks that there is no other option and you can replace the broken pipe. Good work, friend.
