I am a 65 year old mum (from Australia) with three boys, 40 years, 38 and my youngest the same age as you. My oldest loves heavy metal, middle son alternative and my youngest dance (he is a DJ). Now my grand kids love pop. I love all music even classical and jazz. I think that you are one amazing human and one hell of a talented person. Your mother must be so proud of you. I can not get enough of your music. Continue doing what you love and making music for all of us. Life sometimes is so hard but music will always be a healing thing. Hi. I am 72 years and grandma of 3. My grandson died in age 17 in 2020 to brain tumor. With him I had common interest: music, especially metal. I started 64 years ago with adoring Elvis, then Beatles etc. Life is music, music is life.

Honestly, the weeknd is an amazing singer, I think you feel like he uses autotune because that style of music is extremely processed. Watch him sing "save your tears" with ariana grande live, it actually really good, even if you don't like the music. At least there's clearly no autotune being used.

From start to finish, inside and out, upside and down forward and backwards, that is the best damm cover I've ever heard. Wow what a banger. Makes you want to listen to it again and again. This is now my new favorite song.

The original is a very, very good song. So making changes is hard. The original has a level of production quality and coherency rarely seen these days. So doing this was quite the feat in itself.
