For quite some time now, I have been struggling with so many trials with my health. In fact, I’ve had so many that I thought that surely I could not possibly handle any more...but they seem to keep coming. I get discouraged every day and have said many times that I am just going to give up, but I have found that listening to conference talks, BYU Devotionals, and listening to uplifting music is helping me to endure. How many times will I hear this song and how many times will it comfort me. I am very happy. Thank you☆☆☆〜

This song has a very special meaning to me now more than ever. After being together 9.5 years on the 11th of this month I married my partner who is the most loving caring person I could ever ask for. The end of 2020 I was diagnosed with Small Cell Cancer and I am eternally thankful to have my spouse with me to fight this horrible disease for which I have been told there is no cure. Attempts can only be made to control it. This diagnoses in in addition the the COPD and Emphysema I was diagnosed with back in June and July. I was told that without immune therapy the life expectancy for someone in my condition is 6 months and with immune therapy the average is 1.5 years. This all showed up since the end of September 2020 at which time none of it was present. It has spread so fast that it's in my pelvic bones, Hip bones, several places in my back and in my spine as well as 2 places in the left lung, my kidney and liver. I feel truly blessed to have my spouse with me because without this person I would not be able to fight this on my own. Thank you Gentri for such a beautiful rendition of this song. There is no song that better fits our situation here now.
