hey this video is so helpful but im having trouble installing the add-on! when I download the file it doesn't download as a .zip but just shows a folder when I try to install it he Rigacar doesn't show up in the checklist any idea why this is happening? I am on Mac, could this be why?

When I'm using the traffiq addon, I find it hard to make the car to follow a curve unless (by follow path constraints method) unless I attach the curve directly to the addon and then bake the movement till the end frame. How can I have freedom to make the car move as I want in different speeds and in different time

@@JeanYanb I've solved it, using graph editor to manipulate when i want the car to slow down and zoom off in speed. By selecting the base control rig of the car and entering pose mode then open graph editor and you'll see the graph of the follow path contraint the addon added (it's actually called Offset Factor in the graph editor) then add keyframes in there and control as you want. I'm so happy now

Works in Blender 4.0+. Nice. This "fixed" version works instead of the latest version.

wheels don't rotate. i used fixed addon, tried all versions of blender. I applied follow path on Car rig and it moves. I selected pose mode and pressed A and baked wheels rotation. the green keyframes were generated but wheels don't rotate. help me pls

same thing is happening to me. I even tried in blender 3.5 and same issue. (UPDATE) I figured out the issue. You're probably baking animation using the object constraint properties. Instead use the "BONE CONSTRAINT PROPERTIES" when animating the car using follow path step. That fixed the issue for me

ya bro, only keyframe remains and bake steering isn't adding keyframes infact I was on 3.4, installed 3.6 still not fixed as he was using 3.6 in video. Also, bake wheel rotation is adding keyframes but the wheels isn't rotating.
