May you do a tutorial explaining how to "unfold" the elements of a scene? Like, a animation revealing its parts. Thanks!

Depending on the effect that you want, a simple way to explain it would almost be the exact reverse of this. You start with everything in place, put in key frames, and then move pieces out individually to their final location and add additional key frames there, timing things and playing with the curves to get the desired effect. Basically swapping the key frames at 1 and 40 in this tutorial. One flourish you might try is similar to the "empty" idea here - moving things has groups/sub-assemblies that then disassemble into further pieces once they move away from the main body.

there is no handle to "make it snappy"

it just means, that when you move the handle your animation curve becomes steeper and thus you get more "snappy" animation feel
