I am living in Belgium and I am surprised here no one have even suggested me about bleach on skin all I have been suggested for was stupid temporary creams which are irritating even more, I have figured this method like two years ago from an another video and I have been just using this method on the spots I have eczeme on like my inner part of my hands (the fold) which is getting sometimes itchy and begins with like tiny dots rash and I know the good amount of bleach is when it stings for like two seconds and then relaxes my skin complete for the rest of the day until the next day, which I am very happy for, I have also used on mosquito bites on my boyfriend (usually mosquitos don't even bite me but him) which calms the itchiness even on mosquito bites and he can go back to sleep in the middle of the night without constantly being itching himself.
A bleach bath, Ive taking showers but never bleach baths, thanks, this might work with my eczema but do we do warm water or lukewurm water.

I have only oily eczema in my hair for 3 years, so only itching. Is it okay if I add a 1 teaspoon of bleach to a 1 liter(water) spray can?

Hi BirBey, I always have to be careful giving medical advice over the internet as I have not examined you in person so my advice would always be see your doctor for specific advice. However, adding 1 teaspoon of bleach to 1 litre spray is too strong as 1 teaspoon is roughly 5mls. This would be 5mls to 1L of water, where the concentration I recommend is usually 12mls per 10 litres. Furthermore, I am unsure of the effect of spraying bleach on the scalp as this is not a typical treatment. Hope that helps!

Bleach baths can often be used with minor wounds present but your case sounds like it would be best assessed by a doctor first before considering it.
