There are songs where her voice is even more unique and epic

Zora's voice is hard to describe but I love it. Angelic but also witchy Suits the creepy vibe of their videos.

Ye she's going with it as well. She used to try and sound 'default' in the past. So glad she uses her own voice.

The song that got me hooked to Blackbriar was Arms Of The Ocean.

I absolutely fell in love with this band after I heard this song, alongside of their song “Preserved Roses”

This is from their 1st EP. After that they've been working with Joost van den Broek and with him they've released 2 EPs and a single (feat. Ulli from Snow White Blood) and the 1st full length album will be released on the 23rd this month.

I think you could get a interview with Zora...and that'd be excellent. Incredibly underrated band...

I'd Rather Burn is a great one you should check out.

I discovered this band not so long ago so I know few songs, this one is not my favourite. I like "I'd rather burn" and "Arms of the Ocean" and "Seance" much more, I hope you'll react to more Blackbriar :)

Another great band from the Netherlands :) Something must be in our water lolz. Their album was crowdfunded as well. So all things considered.... they remind me of the early days of Delain.

Great band. You just need to surrender yourself to them, drop any preconceptions and go along for the ride.

I know Blackbriar for several years now and 'Until Eternity' is still my favourite song of them. But the new songs on the upcoming album get very close to it so far.

Yessss! Zora's voice is sooooo amazing and unique! I love her/them 💗 was so excited to see you react to them. This is definitely not my favorite song of theirs. I didn't start listening to them regularly until I heard "Snow White & Rose Red" and have been listening to their new track Séance alot. Agreed yeah its just a feeling, this song leaves me wanting but they are so good.

I think your analysis was spot on, the song is in general good and her voice is fenominal. But the chorus is not what you would expect. It is indeed really difficult to describe it. They have recently released a new album called teh cause of shipwrek and I would say, listen to a couple of those tracks. They. Are. Amazing. Personal favourite: "walking over my grave" and "lilith be gone".

I don't think I'd choose this particular song as an introduction though. Rose Red probably and that will also introduce you to another great singer, Ulli Perhonen (it's a duet), Then you can check out her band - Snow White Blood

I've heard a few Blackbriar tracks and while her vocals are absolutely amazing my problem is that the songs are a bit too similar. I'd like to hear something heavier or lighter, deviation from this creepy ghost story vein.

Blackbriar-snow white is even better

Ikr I didn't care for this version as much as the Until Eternity [Orchestral Version] which was far better in opinion.

I get it, it wouldn't be a band I picked for him myself either. Just doesn't sound like his corner of metal despite how much I love the band. But this band firmly sits between gothic and fairytale metal. I would recommend I Rather Burn because it's a great song but I just don't think this band is it for you guys.

Yeah, some of the choice for the vocals I dont find plesant. Sometime I find the vocals little bit overpowered in the mix of everything, maybe I wanted something more but then I dont know exact what that should be. Overall it was okay.
