The reason why she is so damn good is because she was a trained as a Russian assassin from a young age. She was part of the red room program where she had to kill her way though and she was trained with firearms when she was around 18-20 years old. She later joined SHIELD and became their top agent due to her brutal past in the red room.

@@louisthemates999 more than likely yes. They probably trained her based off of her size. So they trained her in various forms of BJJ, Judo, Krav Maga and other martial arts
