Nat's death hit wayyy harder than Iron Man's for me, simply because her story felt so unfinished. Nat had so many more stories to tell, Tony's story felt complete.

Likewise. Watching Endgame for the first time (in the cinema), I was kinda prepared for one of the big three of the team (Iron Man, Thor, Cap America) to die at some point. Nat's death took me completely by surprise & I bawled my eyes out, more so than I did with Iron Man in the finale 😭 I was a big irked that Iron Man got a decent send-off, but Nat got overlooked at the end 😠

Whats more heartbreaking is the two closest friends have to sacrifice one of them just to get that stone, its so hard to watch them fight to save one another , it really breaks my heart, her sacrifice still left an empty space in my heart I love her, she deserve so much more

@@-FourthInquisitor See I disagree. I feel like if Clint had died it would have given Nat more of a 'full time' home with the Barton's. Plus I think it would have been more impactful to have Nat train Kate to be the next Hawkeye, and Yelena to be the next Black Widow.

For me personally, Black Widow’s death was the saddest in the Avengers series. I simply just did not see her dying in any of the films, she seemed like a for sure final survivor of the series. At least she sacrificed her life to save everyone else though, it was a noble send off for a great character.

I really expected here to survive in this when I was just watching all the MCU movies back in 2015. And I really believed she could fight Thanos herself (idk why because I was 15 that time) . But what the hell, the Russo Brothers gave us this scene. After Natasha sacrificed herself, I couldn't move on and I still don't. I don't know but maybe this gave me PTSD.😂 Great job for the Russo brothers for their writing of this finale! It's heartbreaking.

In the comics Gomorrah was not dead when Thanos sacrificed her but in another dimension that she was able to go back and forth from until she could remain here, like the snap put the others in another dimension. So since that was the case in the comics with Thanos and Gomorrah it should be the same with Natasha. She is not dead but with Gomorrah. Wish they'd do a movie to go rescue them. Yelena needs her sister too.

I hated that she died but story wise, I felt like this end is the best end for her character, dying trying to save those who were snapped out of existence. Her staying at the Avengers compound, handling the Avengers concerns while everyone's getting a life, shows how much strength her character had despite being the one with no super human abilities. She showed that all she wanted was to make things right and died trying to do that. I wanted her to survive tho haha

Nick Fury once described Nat to Cap as being "OK with everything" meaning that she would lie, steal, kill or do whatever it took to accomplish a mission. Who'd have thought that she'd rather die, than let Hawkeye miss a chance to see his family again. I think that the 'red' in her ledger, has been been wiped out completely.

Tony already got everything he wanted. He lived a peaceful family life with Pepper and their daughter. Of course, he still had a long life to live, too, but it felt unfair for Natasha. I was so devastated by this 😭 First they ripped my girl Gamora away from me. Then Natasha. My reaction was exactly like Dasha’s (I love her channel btw). I’m still in tears from this video. They didn’t even give us a Black Widow origin solo film and she deserved one.

I don't swallow the excuse of Hawkeye "having a family". So did Iron Man. And what? And Scarlet Witch lost everyone.

Ya know before I saw Endgame I had a feeling one or two members of the original Avengers was going to die, I mean it kinda makes sense considering this is the last of the Avengers movies. I had a feeling one of them was going to be Nat, so as sad as this was, it didn't surprise me. Her life wasn't easy & her past always haunted her, she never thought she deserved a fresh start but Nick Fury & Hawkeye gave her that. She found a family who understood her, accepted her, & loved her for the person she was....as far as they were concerned her past didn't matter. By the time Endgame came I think she was ready to go, to give her life for something that was worth sacrificing for & to atone for the mistakes of her past. She has & always will be a representation of a truly strong woman.💖

For me personally, not Black Widow’s death was the saddest in the Avengers series. I simply just did not see her dying in any of the films, she seemed like a for sure final survivor of the series. At least she sacrificed her life to save everyone else though, it was a noble send-off for a great character. The saddest part of it all is that Nat's body... just stays there. On a faraway planet. Nobody to claim her remains. Poor Seb is crying his eyes out coz he doesn't want ANY of them to die :( I saw Hawkeye crying watching this! "I haven't cried this much since Dobby" really hits hard, man!!! Me and the whole theater cried. I yelled out loud “ I hate the soul Stone!” People came over to cry with me I remember leading up to this film I’d talked myself into the possibility that 1 or all 3 of the big 3 could Hawkeye die. I didn’t consider this, her death was a gut punch and I cried in the theater Totally not me still crying after watching Endgame for the 10th time Nat realizes she is doing the right thing because she sees Clint shedding real tears for her, all her life looking for someone to love her, and she finally finds that love from her best friend. Her death hit so hard, Haweye is though I gonna miss her so much 🫶😭 I literally cried for an hour straight The guy in the tuxedo can't hold it together seeing Natasha die affected everyone they all loved black widow because she was the most flexible avenger there is. This moment still breaks my heart. I love both Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow and Clint Barton/Hawkeye for many reasons, so it pains me to see one of them Clint Barton die to get the Soul Stone really is Black Widow win.😭😭😭😭😭 recently watched it in chronological order and to this day, no matter how many times I watch this scene, it is the hardest to get over. My heart is broken!!! The first time I saw the movie, and they talked about going back in time to get the Infinity Stones, my first thought was, "How are they going to get Black Widow to win the Soul Stone still here. Flop is the backward body I saw it is true watching Now Hello Wake up is time you are wrong I am telling you at 9:45pm Announcement.

I had a thought a while back about Nat and Clint on Vormir. When they realized the cost, Could they have backed out? Found two people who loved each other, but one had a terminal disease and chose to sacrifice themself. So if there were more Pymm particles it could have been done; providing that "Bad" Nebula was found out?? I know Big IFs ! but maybe... But there was probably not enough time though.

My opinion is that while it sucks that Natasha was the one to die, it judt made more sense because she loved the barton family about as much as clint did and she was determined to pay him back for saving her life by bringing his wife and kids back to him.
