I take 2 infiltrators and position them in a way to funnel my enemy into fields of fire for maximum damage output and I leave both my invictors each guarding them fit a free shoot back. I also run as Ironstorm and it works out well surprisingly

Inquisitorial Henchman Mystics can deny 12 inches also but they have to be led by an inquisitor which counts as a character and costs more points in the end though they are a bit tougher something to check out maybe. At 2000 points you can still take a Callidus and 2 units of Henchman one led for the points and one not being only 4 acolytes at 40 points. The inquisitor unit can roll a d6 and on 3+ can regain the 1 CP if you use a strat on them.

Would the Infiltrators ability work against something like a Weirdboy's "Da Jump" ability? The unit comes off the field but doesn't explicitly state they are coming in from reserves. I got bogged down playing against an Ork player who did this to my Necrons, and I'm wondering if I could have stopped this playing my Templars.

In my humble opinion, max. Unit. But a lot of times I don’t take them because in aggressive Templar list I want as much points into dmg as possible. Scouts and transport screen out rather good, you just gotta be smart about positioning.

Is it legal to use 2 eliminator squads inside an impulsor , to move impulsor then eliminators get out, on shooting phase, eliminators with carbine, shoot, then use ability to jump back into impulsor and shoot impulsor and the eliminators as deck 6?
