Not only that she can answer questions about science like what planet we live on what the center of the solar system what do we use to hear with talk with breath with. There is also a video of her reading and writing questions in English Spanish French Mandrin and Russian and then answering all questions in Arabic. There also a 14 girl Cameron who can speak read and write in 27 languages almost all on a native level.

I think its more that places like America are ignorant to other languages and cultures. The foreigners have learnt English and deal with ignorant people all day, it would be a shock to have someone speak their language.
